Books, a True Time Machine

It is true that those who read books (can) live a thousand lives instead of just one. Whether your idea of book-reading is curling up on a sofa with a hard cover page-turner or swiping pages swiftly on your e-reading device while on a plane, you belong to a community that has experienced time-travel at least once.

This is where I note down my impressions of an eclectic assortment of books that I have caught my fancy from time to time.
